Malcolm is an internationally recognised crypto and digital assets regulation expert. He is Chief Compliance Officer at Diginex and sits on various international committees. He leads the Advisory Council at Global Digital Finance, an industry-led association setting codes of conduct and best practices for the industry. Prior to this, he was Chief Compliance Officer at Revolut, a leading FinTech unicorn. In his earlier career, Malcolm held several senior leadership roles within Thomson Reuters’ anti-financial crime business. Malcolm speaks at international conferences and events on a variety of regulatory topics related to finance and technology. He was instrumental in the release of IVMS101, a new messaging standard designed to help cryptocurrency firms comply with anti-money laundering regulations from the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
