Ersilia Molnar

Ersilia has over twenty years of financial industry experience across asset management, insurance underwriting, and fintech. She has an 18 years tenure in Muzinich, a global investment firm, where she has successfully developed her career in marketing, complex cross-border sales relationship management, operational excellence, quality, and business management across multiple global jurisdictions, primarily in Europe and Asia. She is currently a chief operating officer and board director of Muzinich & Co., with overall strategic and operational responsibility for the provision of business management support to the firm across Europe and Asia. Ersilia is also a non-executive director on a number of corporate and fund boards in Ireland, Luxembourg, and Singapore. Previously, Ersilia began her career at Lloyds of London and spent time working for a fintech start-up during the dot.com boom.
